Greenfield United Church of Christ
Greenfield United Church of Christ is situated on the crossroads to Imler, Queen and Claysburg at the base of Blue Knob. Our well-maintained building is in a rural setting with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
Our congregation is a mixture of retirees, professionals, homemakers, blue-collar workers , office workers, and a few young folk. We have a small but caring and welcoming congregation and enjoy getting together with our sister churches for various church and fellowship events. The support of various ministries and missions is an important part of who we are. Homewood Retirement Center and Claysburg Food Bank are just two of the ministries we support on a regular basis. We are also active in the Juniata Association of the Penn West Conference.
The stained glass windows and amphitheater styled sanctuary create a warm and reverent worship area. Our bell chimes can be heard for miles around as they call all to come and worship.
You are more than welcome to come and worship with us, our sanctuary is handicapped accessible.
